This native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn and grew up in North Babylon, NY is an alumnae of Oberlin College, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the Dramatic Arts from New York City's Pace University and has studied at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City.

She is a voting member of The Recording Academy (The Grammys), SAG-AFTRA, Actors Equity, and The Gospel Music Association (The Dove Awards).  She's also  a Psalmist, a Career and Life Coach, Producing Artistic Director, General Manager & Founder of Angelic Star Entertainment (ASE).   

As an actor, Noreen is one of the lead actors in the short film "Finder's Keepers" in the role of "Mom" directed by Tom Petrosky,  lead actor in Fill The Void Productions tv project "Temporary Home" as "Mariah Wright" directed by Lynda Furlow.  Noreen portrays  "Alana" in Mark Webber's feature film "Figments of Freedom" released in 2024, on director's Damon Diddit's "Reel Edibles/My Husband Son" produced by Noble Filmworks as "Trey's Mom" and Sonya Gidding's short film "Extreme Obsession II" as "Shirley."
